Art. 1 – SUBJECT
These general conditions govern the reservations for participation in events organized by Montebianco Srl and published on the website https://www.beachclubversilia.it – hereinafter referred to as the “website.”
Art. 2 – SITE OWNER
The owner of the website at https://www.beachclubversilia.it is Montebianco Srl, headquartered at Viale IV Novembre 18, 54038 Montignoso MS – VAT: 06232840964, the company managing the venue under the name “Beach Club” – hereinafter referred to as the “venue.”
Art. 3 – SERVICE DELIVERY
Participation in events can be reserved through the website or at the venue’s management office by placing a confirmatory deposit, which cannot in any way be considered an advance payment for the purchase of entry tickets. Upon making the deposit, appropriate documentation will be issued, which does not constitute either a ticket or a valid entry voucher, but simply a receipt for the confirmatory deposit paid for the event in question. This does not require any tax document (Revenue Agency Resolution No. 41163 of May 19, 1977).
During the reservation process, the user is required to provide the requested personal information.
The validity, times, and participation methods for the events are clearly indicated in the confirmation emails sent after successful booking via the website https://www.beachclubversilia.it
Any other arbitrary interpretation of the reservations is considered invalid.
Art. 4 – REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY FOR ACCESS TO THE VENUE
The customer must meet all the requirements for access to the venue as detailed for each event. In the case of a multiple reservation through a single transaction, the customer making the booking declares that all participants meet all the access requirements listed for the specific event.
To access the venue, an original and valid identity document is required (no paper photocopies – no smartphone photos).
Entry will be denied to users who show clear and obvious signs of intoxication even outside the venue.
Entry will be denied to users whose behavior may pose a threat to the safety of staff and/or other guests.
Entry will be denied to users who have previously caused physical and/or moral harm to Montebianco Srl, its staff, or the venue itself.
Art. 5 – CONDITIONS FOR THE CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT
The conditions for placing the confirmatory deposit for event reservations, which can be made via the website, are as follows:
Art. 6 – EVENT EXECUTION
All event details are included in the booking confirmation emails and the event pages on the website https://www.beachclubversilia.it. Any other type of communication regarding the events, other than those on the website or official social media channels, should not be considered valid.
Art. 7 – WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
Failure to show up at the venue on the day of the event will result in non-participation, and the confirmatory deposit will be forfeited.
No refund of the confirmatory deposit will be made if the customer fails to meet even one of the access requirements outlined in Art. 4.
Art. 8 – EVENT CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation of events, for any reason, is decided unilaterally by Montebianco Srl and will be announced through its communication channels.
Montebianco Srl is not responsible for reimbursing any organizational expenses incurred by the customer for participating in the event (such as travel, transportation, hotel bookings, etc.).
For any disputes, the court of Massa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
